Q2: How do you guarantee the quality?

A2: Our professional designers will confirm all details with you before production, and our experienced engineers will strictly control the quality of each process.

Q3: Can you customize the logo for my store?

A3: Yes, please send your design to us in PDF, CDR, AI or EPS format. If you don’t have a design, please send us the picture or text of the logo you want to make, and tell us the size, color, and font.

Q4: How to install the sign?

A4: We will send you 1:1 installation template paper. Please tell us whether you install it with bolts or glue. If you want to install the sign by bolts, we will punch holes on the back of the sign and send you the bolts.

Q5: How long is your delivery time?

A5: It depends on the number, size and complexity of your logo. Usually, the delivery time is 3-7 days. If you do not have a shipping agent in China, we can arrange door-to-door transportation for you
